Russia brings in service modernized long-range bomber Tu-22M3

KAZAN, June 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Another long-range bomber Tu-22M3 was brought into service of Russian Air Force, ITAR-TASS reported from the scene.

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu accepted to the report for the admission this machine into service of Russian Air Force prepared by Long-Range Aviation Commander’s .

The Defense Ministry noted that the whole scope of compulsory works was done on the missile-carrying bomber. After repair the warplane took off from an airfield in Tatarstan’s capital, Kazan, and headed for a home airfield.
