400 protesters, some right-wing extremists and Beitar Jerusalem football fans clashed with police near the Jerusalem Chords Bridge on Tuesday blocking the entrance to the Israeli capital.  Chants of “Death to the Arabs” and “Muhammad is dead” could be heard with one man vowing to attack Palestinians after sundown.

The protesters also distributed stickers which read: “No more government chatter – we demand revenge.”  Some protesters placed stickers on moving vehicles, while others tossed debris at those driving past.

The demonstration led to traffic chaos and police struggled to keep the mob under control.
