As part of the Harper governments continuing support of Ukraine in it’s conflict with Russia, 120 Canadian troops from the 3rd Battalion Royal Canadian Regiment will leave for unspecified destinations in eastern and central Europe today to relieve a contingent from the 3rd Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry currently stationed in Poland.

This latest deployment of Canadian troops is scheduled to take part in Operation Reassurance military training exercises alongside US and NATO troops.
