Two military aircraft called to escort Canadian passenger jet bound for Cuba back to Toronto

A Sunwing flight bound for Cuba was diverted back to Toronto’s Pearson Internationl Airport after two female passengers caused a disturbance and uttered comments which were concerning to the pilot.

Constable George Tudos says military planes were called in to escort the plane back to Toronto.

The two women were removed from the flight and arrested.  No word of any charges being laid
